"A little nervous as contact was the day after we had left England but from that moment on communication from the owner was perfect.......he could not have done enough for us.......the house is beautifully located opposite the lake and has everything you need for your stay. The lake holds a serinity but just ten minutes away is lake iseo for that different but if life. Supermarkets are close. The jet shower is a lovely end to a day if walking or a swim in the lake. "The house it self and the rooms are big and comfortable. The kitchen however is small in comparison. Garden is very big and usable. Location is good enough to access various places, but some amenities are a few min drive away. The house is right on a fairly busy road but it's not an issue with the windows closed. The pool, while very nice and clean, is quite cold and even in mid August we struggled to utilize it. Overall the property does the job, but for the money, I hoped for something better."

"Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub hier, die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war gut, er war wirklich sehr bemüht, auf unsere Fragen und Wünsche einzugehen und konnte unsere Wünsche erfüllen! "4 couples rented out this house in July 2019. We have known each other for 12 years and were comfortable sharing a bathroom...2 couples per bathroom. The views are exactly as described and seen in the photos. It is a close drive from all the scenic Northern Italy. Train station is in walking distance for those who want train it. I am a cyclist and loved circumnavigating Lake Iseo. Took 2 hours. We were confused as to how to do garbage. We sorted and bagged it, but didn't figure out that we...

"Es war alles super, nur das 3. Zimmer im Keller ist kein gleichwertiges Schlafzimmer, das Bad ist eine voll ausgestattete Waschküche mit Clo und Dusche. Der Rest der Wohnung ist sehr schön ausgestattet. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und gut betreut. Gruß Christine"

"Wir haben es sehr genossen. Badezimmer sind es nur 3 und ein WC, wobei ein Badezimmer im Keller nur durch ein Schlafzimmer zugänglich ist. Beide Schlafzimmer im Keller sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ansonsten sehr schönes Haus mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf den Lago."

"The house and location were beyond expectations! Jo was so helpful and gave recommendations for local restaurants and activities in the region. The bread and pastries were such a lovely start to each day. Lake iseo was beautiful and we swam in the lake each day.
