The rooms are new and the beds are very comfortable also. It’s the perfect area to be if you’re visiting Borobudur and north area and also only 25 mins to Malioboro. "Local people are very warm n helpful.The hotel did not provide my package with breakfast but no worries, many local foods nearby along the road which is tasty n cheep.Since I can communicate in Bahasa indo we managed to travel most of the trip on local bus n tricycle which is a big saving. But please remember to book or arrange any of transport if u intend to hang up after 5 pm. at any location. Street close by had many verities of food n item to purchase even in the night. "Breakfast is the best. Not many restaurants around but there is room service. Hot water is not always on. Air conditions is not as cold in some rooms. Staff is very kind. "
