Fantastic house on the lake with 2 floors is suitable for max. 10 people (e.g. 6 adults / 4 children plus 2 x baby / toddler) and is approx. 171 sqm 60 sqm usable area, 3 bedrooms with double bed (plus 1x baby bed), 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (bunk beds plus 1 Baby bed), 1 bathroom / ground floor with tub / shower / toilet, 2 sinks; 1 Sweden bath / upper floor shower / toilet with separate sauna; Fireplace (wood incl.), Laundry room with washing machine, dryer; Pool table. A complete kitchen with (2x fridge / 1x freezer, oven, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, dishwasher) as well as a large dining table, sitting area, 2 flat screen TVs, satellite TV (German and internal. Programs), 2x radio-CD / 1x with ipod station, DVD, internet, terrace with garden furniture and barbecue facilities, 3,500 hectares of partially forested natural property at the water protection area with children's play house, at the lake, fishing with boat for rent, swimming and much more. The house has its own well and is heated by geothermal energy. Particularly suitable for groups or large families as well as for allergy sufferers as well as for the disabled. For dogs: large enclosed garden (approx. 300 sqm)!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in Smaland-Südschweden
Für Familien mit Kindern, auch Kleinkinder, ein herrliches Urlaubsdomizil mitten im Wald und nur 400 Meter von einem See entfernt, das kaum etwas zu wünschen übrig lässt.

Großartiger Urlaub
Ein tolles Haus, sehr schöne Umgebung und für Ausflüge optimal gelegen. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, die sich kümmert und zu jederzeit unterstützt. Wir waren mit 7 Personen im Haus, es war genügend Platz für alle. Das Haus ist sehr schön aufgeteilt, unten Küche & Essbereich, oben Gemütlichkeit mit Kamin. Jederzeit wieder :-)

Wonderful big house with a big backyard
Everything was fine, enough rooms and enough place for all people. A big backyard and a chimney, everything you need was available. Wonderful vicinity and a small town with a food store was near.

Wir, 6 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder, 1 Hund, hatten einen wunderbaren Familienurlaub in der Villa Grönö.Das Haus ist schwedisch und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Da das Wetter nicht ganz so mitspielte, boten das Haus und die nähere und weitere Umgebung viele Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung. Ein herzliche Dankeschön an unsere Vermieterin für die nette und unkomplizierte Zusammenarbeit. Wir sagen tack.

Herrlicher Schwedenurlaub
Wir (6 Erwachsene, 5 Kinder) hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub in der Villa Grönö. Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise war der Kontakt mit Frau Terfoorth gut und unkompliziert. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts, besonders die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In der näheren Umgebung kann man wandern, angeln und auch baden (die Wassertemperatur war Anfang Juni im Vergeich zu deutschen Badeseen noch etwas frisch, hier machten sich die Neoprenanzüge der Kinder durchaus bezahlt). Im weiteren Umkreis (bis zu 1h Autofahrt) bieten sich zahlreiche weitere Aktivitäten an, wie ein Tag am Strand, eine Kanutour oder eine Elchsafari. Ansonsten kann man auch einfach im schönen Garten entspannen oder spielen.

Sehr großzügiges, gemütliches und hervorragend ausgestattetes Ferienhaus
Sehr großzügiges, gemütliches und hervorragend ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Die Nähe zur Autobahn, die in anderen Bewertungen bemängelt wurde, hat uns nicht gestört (höchstens ein leises Hintergrundrauschen). Allerdings fuhren mehrmals am Tag LKWs zum Torfladen direkt am Haus vorbei. Die Lage ist (dennoch) sehr schön idyllisch. Was zu bemängeln ist: ein Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer hinter der Waschküche. Ein Badezimmer (von lediglich zweien) ist klein und zum duschen kaum geeignet. Die Matratzen waren nicht die besten. Trotzdem haben die positiven Punkte deutlich überwogen und wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattet Haus
Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Ferienhaus. Insbesondere die Gemeinschaftsbereiche wie Küche, Essbereich und der Wohnbereich sind sehr liebevoll gestaltet und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und die Antwortzeiten immer super zeitnah. Wir haben das Haus mit acht Personen bewohnt. Die Dusche im oberen Bad ist in einer Schräge und recht niedrig befestigt . Deshalb haben wir die untere Dusche verwendet.
