"El hotel es bello, el personal atento y muy profesional, la comida muy buena. La habitación que nos dieron no tenía clóset y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien. Solicitamos cambio por lo del A/C. Lo otorgaron a una habitación idéntica pero con clóset (armario) lo cual fue una mejora. Resolvieron, eso es lo que mejor se valora."

"This is a lovely hotel in a perfect location to explore Palermo. The airport bus drops you right at the front of the hotel and the view from the rooftop bar is second to none. The breakfast is also very good, offering a range of options, in addition to local fare. We also had a lovely view of the square from our room, which was quite large. Highly recommended 😎"
