"En general, la casa no cumple con las condiciones de salud para ser habitable. El olor a humedad al entrar es nauseabundo y el apartamento está lleno de moho y humedades. El desagüe de la ducha verde, bueno lo veréis todo en las fotos... La ventana del dormitorio no se cierra, literal, y da a la calle... Llamamos a los responsables y fueron muy amables, nos dicen que lo saben todo y que lo entienden, y que nos devolverán el dinero si lo pedimos a través de Hotels.com, por lo que cogemos otro...

"Very warm and helpful greeting. Apartment is a five minute walk from bus stop at port. It is spacious and everything worked well. A quiet street opposite the swank Hotel St Michele. Would stay again. (*Note: a fabulous fish shop around the corner on Corso Italia -- freshest seafood that you can cook in the apartment!)"

"We had two days in Trapani, but would have loved to stay longer. Comfortable beds, lux shower, ample heat. Elevator for getting bags up and gated parking. Owner extremely helpful and kind. Quality towels and bedding. Attention to every detail. This was a wonderful place and we hope to stay again!"
