Trapani escape

We stayed 2 nights in Trapani and loved the location of this property. The room was very spacious and the property was in the old town area close to everything we wanted to see. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful in getting us oriented and had great recommendations for local restaurants. We’d stay here again!

Extremely Disappointing Stay in Apartment No. 7 I stayed for three nights in Apartment No. 7 and, unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. The property had a pervasive sewer odor throughout the apartment, making it extremely unpleasant to stay in. Cleanliness and maintenance were far below acceptable standards. The bedspreads appeared unwashed, the bathroom sink was clogged, and the shower was in poor condition with a leaking, malfunctioning faucet. The mattress in the bedroom near the bathroom was excessively uncomfortable, and much of the furniture appeared old and deteriorated. Overall, the accommodation felt neglected and poorly maintained. It did not meet even the most basic expectations for comfort or hygiene. I would strongly advise future guests to consider alternative accommodations until significant improvements are made

Personale eccezionalmente disponibile, ci hanno dato tutte ke indicazioni del caso, ci hanno prenotato navetta ed escursioni. Più di così non si poteva chiedere! La camera era deliziosa, con un terrazzo che ci ha fatto godere dell'arietta serale. Bella doccia, ampia e confortevole, letto super comodo, Aria condizionata e wifi perfetti, non c'è nessun appunto da fare. La struttura dispone anche di un cortiletto interno attrezzato, non manca assolutamente nulla. È centralissima, comoda x cene in centro, come x gli imbarchi dei traghetti e x gli autobus locali. Un grazie per la meravigliosa ospitalità 🤗

Molto diverso (in peggio) da come sembra

Un hotel decisamente sotto lo stardard tre stelle, con personale di reception spesso assente, stanze molto rumorose, biancheria sporca e cuscini puzzolenti, bagni dai quali emanavano odori disgustosi senza bidet e arredi brutti e tristi. Uno sconfortante senso di mediocrità e abbandono. L'unica nota positiva è rappresentata dalla signora che si occupa delle pulizie: gentile e premurosa. Ah, in quanto clienti Expedia siamo stati immediatamente discriminati: a noi infatti la colazione (gratuita per tutti gli altri clienti) era negata. Proprio un brutto posto!

Per una notte e ottimo

Facile da trovare, parcheggi vicini a pagamenti (0,80cts /ora) di giorno. A due passi della centro. La stanza era fredda, e i materrassi non erano comodi. L'appartamento era spazioso, con 6 posti letti mentre eravamo in due. Alla reception sono stati molto bravi e veloci. C'e un monta carico che puo servire da ascensore con i bagagli. La stanza era pulita ma in bagno le fughe e i rubinetti sono troppo invecchiati dunque sembre un po sporco

Good value for money

Was allocated a very quiet room with a big terrace on the third floor.AC worked although Internet patchy on this particular floor .The gentleman who checked me in went out of his way to make my stat comfortable.If I have a suggestion to make some plants on the terrace would make it more appealing.Also since we had rain for 2 days smell from the pipes was overbearing.None the less very good value for money and ideal for a base to explore the lovely baroque historical centers and daily boat trips to Egadi islands, Marsala and Erice.

troppo rumoroso la notte

Il B&B è molto carino e nuovo. L'unico neo è stato che la notte faceva caldo e non accendendo i condizionatori per via dei bambini siamo stati costretti ad aprire le finestre, ma era impossibile dormire perché i rumori della strada erano troppo forti, trovandosi il B&B in un vicolo stretto.
