From the pre-arrival communication from Salvatore to his warm and informative welcoming, the peaceful location with an amazing shared rooftop terrace, Lucia’s kindness at breakfast this is now our favorite place in Trapani. We were given the best recommendations by both hosts based on our preferences and the warmness and kindness of the hosts made us feel home immediately. The quiet location at night, excellent warm shower and rooftop terrace make this an excellent choice for a traveler who is looking for a genuine hospitality.

Fantastic stay in the middle of trapani!

Salvatore (owner) was extremely thoughtful and a fantastic host showing us the free parking option, recommending itinerary and giving all tips. The room is super spotless clean and with potable water offered daily in a glass bottle (refilled, sustainable!). Breakfast is on the terrace, and they organized vegan options (delicious vegan pistachio croissant for my partner). Highly recommend this place.

Salvador was the most perfect host he was helpful, friendly, kind,attentive nothing was to much trouble. Kantune is in the perfect location 3 minutes to port and 10 minutes to city centre,it’s clean extremely comfortable and we enjoyed our stay very much would highly recommend

Great host in Trepanni

Salvatore was an excellent host. We were met at a convenient location and guided to our accommodation. Then taken 5 minutes away where we parked our car at no cost. This made walking around Trapani a relaxing city to visit. Salvatore was also very helpful with tips on where to eat and what to do. Excellent service.

Staying at Salvatore's place was really a pleasure. He is a very attentive, considerate and polite host. He goes out if his way to please you or resolve any issues. He supplies you with a map of thd city and explains it to you, suggesting some restaurants that ate listed. Breakfast is abundant and served on the terrace, a real Italian ambiance! The apartment itself is immaculately clean. The beds were comfortable. The shower could have been larger but we understand the constraints of an old building. Parking is not recommended anywhere in the Centro Storico, don't chance it.i

Strategic Location, Friendly/Helpful Management

I had a wonderful stay at Kantune`. Salvatore is one of the friendliest and most personable hosts I could have hoped for; he truly makes guests feel welcome. The B&B is comfortable and tastefully decorated, and is situated very strategically in the heart of Trapani's old town, just steps from anything a visitor could want: ferries, bus lines, beaches, shopping, aperitifs, and dining. Breakfast is served on the roof terrace. You can't go wrong with Kantune`. 10 out of 10. -KW

Trapani was our second stop on our tour of Sicily this year and we really enjoyed our stay with Maria Stella and Salvatore. The property was clean and well equipped, and our hosts were very helpful(with Salvatore coming out to find us as we navigated our way to the property). The breakfast, served on the roof top patio, was wonderful with our hosts catering to my wife's and my differing breakfast preferences (salato vs dolce). The property is centrally located with the historical part of the city all within walking distance. Highly recommended and would definitely stay her again. Grazie Maria Stela and Salvatore.

Comfortable room and helpful host

Convenient location deep in the heart of Trapani within easy walking of the historical area. The host Salvatore met us outside to help with parking, then spent a significant amount of time discussing the area and suggesting where to go. We took one of his suggestions for a very enjoyable hike that we'd have never known about. The room was comfortable and well equipped, and breakfast was simple, and filling, served by a very nice housekeeper. Parking is in a city street parking area nearby but we had no problem finding an open spot.

Look no further than Kantuné

Well, what can we say! Never have we had such friendly and accommodating hosts as Salvator and Maria. From the warm welcome in the street (despite our late arrival) to the fresh homegrown fruit that was given to us, we couldn’t have asked for nicer hosts. Salvator was a fount of knowledge, happy to provide useful tips and recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. Breakfast was served fresh on the terrace every morning and the room was large, extremely clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. We honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more. If we’re ever back in Trapani we’ll be staying here again. We cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Salvatore und Maria Stella waren fantastische Gastgeber. Jeder Wunsch wurde uns von den Augen abgelesen. Wir erhielten umfassende Informationen vor der Anreise und während unseres Aufenthaltes. Die Bootstour nach Favignana und Levanzo konnten wir direkt über Salvatore buchen und es gab viele gute Tips, wie und wann wir Ausflüge machen können. Die Mitarbeiterin Anna hat uns mit einem leckeren Frühstück verwöhnt und war für unser Zimmer da. Unsere Urlaubstage verliefen sehr harmonisch und familiär. Schlicht gesagt: Besser geht es nicht! Un luogo accogliente, situato in un luogo strategico, in centro storico ed accanto al porto.I gestori cordiali e gentilissimi, mi hanno aiutata a scoprire luoghi speciali dove trascorrere le giornate in armonia con territorio ed il mare. Camera spaziosa e dotata di ogni confort. Ho trovato molto carino arredare la camera con gusto e mettere sullo scrittoio un paio di libri di autori siciliani. Colazione abbondante e mi hanno coccolato, come se facessi parte della loro famiglia. Sono certa che tornerò.

Utrolig serviceminded vært. Super venligt personale. Dejlig, lokal morgenmad. Føles som "et hjem". Vi vender helt sikkert tilbage. Centralt belliggende med få minutters gang til havn, strand og den gamle bydel. Tæt på busser. Kan kun anbefale stedet.

Hjelpsom vert og god frokost

Svært hyggelig og hjelpsom vert. Stor frokost tilpasset våre ønsker og behov. Sentral plassering. Rommet var ganske lite, men rent. Det er veldig lytt mellom rommet og gangen, og rommet vårt var nærmest kjøkkenet, så det var en del støy om morgenen. Vi hadde uansett ikke tenkt å sove så lenge, så for oss gikk det fint, men det kan være greit å vite.
