"Staff was welcoming, friendly, helpful and available. Room is a bit dated, but clean. Trip to Erice by cable car was worth the stop in Trapani. Historic area of Trapani is walkable and we enjoyed walking along the Mediterranean Sea right outside the hotel door. "

"The best thing is the location of the room, was walking distance to most things. The size of the room and the breakfast were good too. However the air conditioner never worked (even though the reservation said there was air conditioning so DON'T go in the summer!!) and the room wasn't even cleaned everyday. "We stayed one week in this hotel, Overall it was very good expirince overall , but there are several thing to improve. First of all internet connection was very poor for the European standards ( same problem on the whole island ), second thing room was not cleand even once during our stay.
