"Pay attention to what you’re booking ! We saw all the nice reviews and photos of the rooms and that’s why we booked at this hotel. If you book a standard double room they will put you in some sort of « room » they created directly into the reception lobby !!! (See photos) It’s clearly not supposed to be a room, they simply put up plaster walls in the reception. "We really enjoyed our two day stay at this hotel. The receptionist (Ileana) was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious and immaculately clean. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the historic area close to the sea. The only small difficulty was the fact that the streets around the hotel have restricted access for cars, so we had to walk a few blocks with our luggage. "Very nice stay in the heart of Trapani. Staff very friendly and helpful."

"Nice hotel very convenient to main town (shopping, dining, beach, ferry, etc.). Hotel staff was very nice. Helped with beach towels, directions, provided nice breakfast, etc. Room itself was a bit sterile with little decoration and very spread out floorpan (inconvenient in the dark). Street parking (have to pay 8AM to Midnight) was okay with parking App."

"The view is incredible!! Fantastic location which is easily walkable to all main spots. Staff helpful and friendly. The apartment is very rustic with loads of charm however it’s very old and in need of updating. Bed really uncomfortable, very basic kitchen. Step climb to the top apartments so if your elderly or have issues walking probably not the place for you. No parking on site but the staff kindly showed us where to park nearby. "
