"Absolute gem of a hotel! Wonderful staff that gave us the warmest welcome I received in a hotel for a long time. Good location with a metro station close by and 10-15 minute ride to the city center. Room was nice, clean, and well equipped. The hotel also provided us with bathrobes, towels, and slippers for our visitor to the thermal baths. Overall great stay and fantastic value for money - we will come back the next time we are in Budapest."

"Overall a good location and a great apartment. The only things that let it down was that the cleanliness could be a little better, and it needs to be made very clear that the use of the gym facilities is charged daily which was disappointing because my stay was partially based on the use of the gym facilities. "the staff was overwhelmingly kind and helpful. We had a great breakfast in the cafe. they even let us borrow a wheelchair for a quick tour of Budapest. AMAZING STAFF!"

"The problem is the hotel charges more as the view improves but in our case the room quality went down equally . The better view rooms should be at least as nice as the lower floor rooms. Our room also ran out of toilet paper, the sink was plugged and drained slowly, floors were dirty and room had damages such as scuffs and peeling finishes. The room was smaller than our friends rooms on lower levels as well. It’s just not worth 200$ extra for a better view and to lose quality ."

"The staff at reception was very friendly. As for the room itself, the bed was comfortable. However, there was a bad smell in the bathroom that never seem to disappear even when extractor fan is left on. It was nauseating everytime i stepped into the bathroom. I could hear the pipes the whole night from the room (probably from people flusing upstairs). Also, there wasn't any bath shampoo (either finished or not working). "
