"Communication was great with the owners/managers. Olga was exceptionally helpful. Our room, however, was not pleasant. No hot water in the kitchen. No hot water in the bathroom sink plus faucet handle fell off. No shower curtain until we asked for it. Broken toilet roll holder. Handwritten notes asking for maid tip (no service ever) and also to take care of trash (no bags provided), Mop bucket left in room with mop in it.
