Both are false. The hotel is in a very busy part of town and is across the street from a public beach. The facilities were quite poor. Room was very small. Would only recommend to those who need a cheap place to stay for a short period of time."

"Stayed in two different rooms both a deluxe and supreme. Supreme was not worth the extra money as the “balcony” is non existent and you can’t actually sit out there. Otherwise really good location close to the beach, comfy pillows, and the free breakfast was decent too"
