"Small parking lot behind the building which in off season was easy to get to but could be stressful if full as the alley is one way. There was no rubber mat in the shower so gets quite slippery. Lots of areas to store luggage and extra pillows available. Able to open the window for fresh air. The bed was very uncomfortable and we woke up with back pain everyday. The hot tub was down as well. Otherwise right in the city center and very conveniently located to enjoy the town. We didn't eat at the restaurant but had a pub on site. "

"Really friendly staff, beautiful lobby and bar/restaurant, great location and comfy beds, rooms were a bit worn around the edges but not in any way that would ruin your stay, honestly would recommend to everyone!"

"Best view of our trip to Ireland. Lake view, small castle remaining on grounds. Wildlife visible from lakeview room. Easily access Ring of Kerry and Killarney National Park. Room was very large and accommodating."

"'Thermal suite' was a sauna and a steam room with basically no steam. One of the worst thermal suites i have been in. The hotel is clearly not maintained to a 5 star standard. Very disappointed. No proper bar in the hotel either, which was very strange. You could get a drink at your dinner table. The room was very nice and clean however. Again, this is a decent 4 star hotel at best, but charging 5 star prices. Won't be returning. "

"Great front of house staff and very friendly too. The bathroom was unfortunately very dirty. Dirt all over the door and the ceiling full of dead flies. Apart from that the hotel itself is good and the food is delicious."

"Beautiful stay at Ballyseede. Stella, Tom and Joesph excellent servers. Delicious meals. Walking the grounds was lovely. Excellent nights rest."
