"When booked the hotel was described as a “resort” which is why we planned the detour to its location. Upon arrival there was no staff to welcome us - a text to the number on the locked door was quickly returned with a lock box code to grant us enterance to our studio apartment. The advertised laundry facilities were not available for use, the swimming pool while open was in great need of maintenance or filtering ( both) and as such was not an attractive option for the afternoon.
