"A true gem in the heart of Gatlinburg. Thr hotel js newly built, impeccably designed and really stands out in the area. The rooftop is absolutely amazing, offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The breakfast is excellent with a great variety and very fresh options. The staff is extremely courteous and goes above and beyond to make sure guests have a comfortable stay. With its prime location close to the main attractions, this hotel truly brings a new level of class and comfort to Gatlinburg. Highly recommend staying here!"

"Complimentary breakfast was advertised. However the hotel had a sign out that there were not enough guests to prepare breakfast. There were plenty of cars in the parking lot and seemed to be quite a number of guests. I specifically booked a hotel that offered breakfast. Also, a pair of underwear was left sticking out beneath the bed when we got to our room. Although it wasn’t the employee’s fault, the key system did not work and each time we wanted in our room, pool, etc. we had to ask the desk manager to walk us to our room and use the master key."
