"Comfortable and the restaurant was good, fast service and very pleasant staff."

"Spot is great. Staff even better. Very cute place. My favorite on its tier in Dominica. Food is also delicious!"

"Absolute stunning view and friendly staff. Rooms and property were clean and adequate - bonus having a fridge and water kettle in the room. So nice having the restaurant on site. "Very inexperience and careless staff. It was a bad experience especially if solo traveling."

"Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. "

"Did not have a good experience. I felt bullied by the receptionist and manager."

"An excellent guesthouse to stay with a group. Clean"

"Pictures very misleading, the lake was too abandoned to go near, there is no water park, the restaurant only served breakfast (not lunch and dinner like advertised), no hot springs. I ended up staying in my room all three days. The staff were really nice but I can tell they knew I felt scammed. I’ve contacted Expedia for some type of compensation twice and they said they’d reach back but no answer. Very disappointed. A waste of alot of money."

"Very nice property, I was impressed with the room and staff"

"New elevator very helpful, very friendly serving staff, clean rooms every day is rare, great food. Very good business week. I’m a repeat customer."
