"The staff were excellent, nice location, hotel was was in good shape. Our only issue was the TV or remote was not good. I think the remote was the problem. It barely worked and sometimes not at all. The only other issue was the faucet in the bathroom.. the water never got hot. I will say the bed was good and the A/C was excellent. It does seem hotel A/C systems are really bad now days, but this one in our room was top notch. Overall, our stay was great, except for the TV and faucet issue."

"When my husband and I arrived, the room wasn't even ready. This was well past check in. Their excuse was they had no housekeeping. That was the first issue. The other issue was the small cramped space u used to check in. Almost like a heated box. No air. No ventilation. The room itself was ok. The air worked perfectly. Eventhough this place was right next to a Love's truck, it was very quiet and well lit. I don't even know if there was wi-fi."

"Room needed updated but that wasn’t the problem. Got there late so didn’t look til I took a shower in the morning. The shower was covered in black mold and slime. I wouldn’t even let my wife use it. Next time I’ll drive the extra 6 hours home. And if they refute it I’ve got pictures to prove it."

"Rooms were fine but safe didn't work in either of the two rooms I booked. One room was right across from an outside seating area, which was noisy at all hours. Also, housekeeping carts started at 6am and were very noisy on the first floor. The other room i booked for a relative was on the second floor and quieter. Decent value for the money."

"No working hair dryer in our room and some weird AC wiring. The pool was filthy and needs some major attention, the floor is sharp! Plus no where on Expedia did it mention a 50$ holding fee then the guy got mad bc the card declined and was rude to us while we were transferring funds to the card bc he was "charged when cards decline" I do not recommend this hotel for anyone but it'll do in a pinch."

"Room was clean and the ac worked. They met the bare minimum. However, there is structural damage to the property in multiple places, particularly if you have to drive to the back for your room. The door to our room had light coming in everywhere but the lock and hinges. And they advertise a pool, which they have but it hadn’t been cleaned or maintained in a LONG time. Parking at the back of the facility is trash filled and hasn’t been cleaned in some time. It’s clear the owners have no intention...
