I couldn't sleep well due to the high noise of doors in the building, most of the residents and staff were closing doors so strongly which made me uncomfortable and there was only shower gel in the bathroom nothing else. Moreover, they gave me only one key card and the front desk agent (Mariam) refused to give me additional key card for the room without a deposit which is unusual for any hotel to do such an attitude.
