"It's a great hotel if you want to stay close to the city center of trabzon (near meydan) the staff is friendly and the room was nice, clean and comfortable. One thing that i would like to point out is that the breakfast is a not thaat great (i mean if you pay 1€ extra that's normal) but the hotel is worth every penny we paid, will rebook if we ever visited trabzon again. "When I arrived at the hotel, all the apartments were full, and they claimed that the reservation was canceled by Hotels.com, and he provided another apartment in another building, and it was very bad, unclean, and less than the value of the money paid. I contacted Hotels.com and they assured me that the reservation is valid and has not been canceled by them. I do not recommend them for their lies and non-fulfillment of the reservation."
