"Location is amazing!!!!! Simple but clean room "

"The house was very comfortable, especially the large king bed. It was nice to have the option for A/C which isn’t always available. The kitchen is well stocked and we appreciated having beach chairs and towels to use. Access to the garage was also a huge plus with limited island parking. The host was very attentive and friendly!"

We were there for Memorial weekend so it was a little busy but if you are good with walking parking isnt a big deal. Place is clean, host is awesome and super close to main strip on Balboa. "Our stay were was fine. The king beds were comfy, the unit was comfortable and we had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The extra twins beds are not a full twin length and anyone taller than 64 inches wouldn't want to sleep on it. We didn't love the part of town it was in but never felt unsafe. "We had a great stay in this house! It was just a few blocks from the beach! It was very clean and had plenty of room for our family of 5. It’s in a clean and safe neighborhood. We had a private carport to use, which was so nice to not have to worry about parking. We cooked several meals in the house and it had sufficient cookware. "We weren’t sure what to expect but this was a great place to stay with a family! We were wanting to go camping but after 4 failed attempts near there, we ended up camping at the San Clemente Inn. We even made s’mores on the stove in the room. Room had a separate bedroom and two Murphy beds, which was great for us. The kids loved the pool/jacuzzi. They have a rec room as well. Beach is maybe 10 minute walk away. We’d definitely stay again. "
