"All the Junior staffs were excellence, but the manager a look lady maybe in her 20- or 30s was very rude. I asked to see her to ask about a question it took her ages to come out and even when she came out she was not very attentive. Very reluctant. That treatment was not the best. Other than th and her body language showed negative atitude, the other staffs were super and the food and cleanliness of the hotel was 100%. "
