"A very modern hotel. The hotel is close to city and the beach yet sits high above and “away from it all” in a lush landscape with a great view of the sea. We had a wonderful view of the sea from our ground floor room and our semi-private olive tree garden. The bathroom was perfect and bed comfortable and clean. Vasto was a low key town but situated mid-way on our trek to Marsciano. The staff was most helpful in sending us to a fantastic restaurant."

"The room was clean, next to the water as advertised and beautiful. We were there when most of the beach clubs had closed so it was very quiet. when the sun came out, our lovely staff helped to find a chair rental place that was open and called in advance to find prices. The accommodation felt very well kept and luxurious. Breakfast was light but the staff were great. Remembered our coffee order by the second day. I would definitely stay there again."
1800 DREAM VILLA SIMONE OCEAN VIEW

"My family's time at the Simone Dream Villa was truly exceptional! We flew into Pescara, rented a car and drove to San Vito Chietino. Anita, Des, Isabel and Cinzia, via WhatsApp, were in contact immediately. They met us with smiles and a tour of the house. And what a gorgeous place it is! It's historic integrity has been maintained--tile/terrazzo floors and stairway with beautifully high ceilings. Each of the four bedrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors has its own bathroom; the top two bedrooms share one bathroom. The bedrooms open, via windows or balcony doors, to THREE sides of the Villa. This is an incredible feature. I had a perfect cross breeze during the night. A large balcony serves the ocean side and you will see from my photos that the view is incredible. Being east-facing you have the sunrise. We found the path down to the Marina and we ate there often and had way too many gelatos. The walk back up is considerable but we visited with the cats along the way. Up to the town--San Vito Chietino is an easy walk, up a good staircase. We eventually made friends with the owner of the bakery and also with the charming family that run Pizzaria L'Angolo Delle Bonta up in San Vito. Don't miss this place! The town oozes charm. It is safe and it is void of tourists. Our time at Simone Dream Villa was incredible. Our hosts were incredible. I highly recommend it! Thank you, Anita, Des, Isabel and Cinzia. We miss you already!!"

"It was fine. Parking worked but access was complicatedand meant I parked illegally to find the hotel (not on a driveable street) and ask the helpful receptionist. Agree the breakfast was very good. Rooms etc were good."
