"There is no respect in dealing and the receptionist did not give a room to anyone because the employee was not comfortable with the nationality of the traveler. That person was my friend, but he gave him a room after my intervention. The employee’s argument was that there are no rooms, and this is not true because he gave him a room after I intervene"

Das Personal war sehr nett, alles versprochene wurde eingehalten, es war sehr sauber, sehr gut gelegen und alles in allem fand ich es super. "The service and hospitality of the workers is absolutely amazing and rare to find! Orhan and Ahmet helped me and took care of me so mush when I checked in super early and was tired and sick! I felt very safe and very comfortable! The hotel is old but very clean and they have free tea all day! I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again!"
