Your holiday residence is a fully renovated lower level of a beautiful Townsville Queenslander. If you are going to experience the Far North you may as well see what Queenslanders are all about. Situated in a quiet street in the suburb of Railway Estate and just five minutes from Palmer Street in South Townsville where you will find an iconic strip of restaurants, bars and some specialty shops. Another 2 minutes and you reach the city and another few minutes and you are on the waterfront Strand. Railway Estate is both convenient and quiet and also offers walking distance to the Stadium in case you are here to enjoy the football or one of the many events Townsville hosts. Your residence is also in the middle of the action if you are here for the Supercars which race in Townsville early July every year, so easy walking access to this event!

From The Strand you might decide to walk to Pallarenda Beach at one end or the Marina at the other. The Strand is a 2.2km stunning beachfront promenade custom-built for enjoyment. Along this palm tree lined stretch are bike and walkway paths, safe swimming beaches, picturesque picnic spots, playgrounds, exercise stations, a water park and restaurants and bars with to-die-for water views. This apartment puts you right in the middle of it all!
