"This property was the best Vrbo I have ever stayed in. The hosts literally took any guesswork of what we might need during our stay with a full kitchen supplies, cleaning, coffee maker, etc. The hosts literally thought of everything you might need during your stay. The backyard was great to spend the evening, and have a glass of wine that were complimentary. Only about a 12 mile drive to Mesa Verde, this house was the perfect base camp for our stay. Thanks for the great stay."

A measure of how hard it is to find fault would be my only ‘critical’ comment would be the M bath has an uncovered window and , as a result, morning sun reflects right into the bathroom mirror. "

"We enjoyed the property location. Close to all amenities. Beds comfortable, nice kitchen area, and loved the gas grill. The fenced-in yard was perfect for the pets and the patio seating was great. Nice towels! If you cook much while staying here, you may want to bring your own spices. We brought our own paper towels, and definitely needed them. We were a little concerned about the livingroom furniture as the sturdiness was questionable. Overall, we were very happy and will return if...

"So adorable! Old motel REVAMPED and not with just a coat of paint! Flooring is black and white lynolium. Bathroom and room are clean. Everything is retro. So fun!"
