"The main thing that made our stay a good experience was the staff, they were doing a good job. and made time to stop and chat. they realy look after the hotel and the guests who come to stay giving a good impression.they explained about the hotels past history that it was founded by the owners who built the cross country railway. "The stay was excellent, all but one member of staff, were very friendly and happy to help. Giving advice on the area and places to go. The facilities are top notch and great for the price point. The only real 'downside' if you can call it that was the lack of available power outlets."
