"Firstly let me say that The room that we stayed in was lovely. Bed was comfortable also. Tv wasn’t working properly which I reported to reception but it still wasn’t fixed after our 3 night stay. Also no tea bags were available in the room until I chased this up with reception. Easy mistake! The breakfast was average and certainly not something to shout about. The pool was dirty with cigarette ends in it as well as bits of tissue and other debris. I have the video to prove it. It was also very dirty with dirt/dust etc. This was reported to the receptionist on day one but still not rectified by the end of my 3 night stay. They'res also a lot of redevelopment work ongoing outside of the hotel which really I feel we should have been informed about at the time of booking. I really hope that this hotel reflects on these points raised as I can see that it has a lot of potential…. Please just act upon things when they’re highlighted to you. It’s this sort of thing that take you from Being an amazing hotel to an average hotel."

"The room was beautiful, very comfortable, balcony was nice with sea view. No noise. The Staff were very friendly, location is good, 3 minutes to the beach by foot. Very pleasant stay. "

"Staff was amazing, restaurant wonderful. Rooms are tight and the towels were...um... experienced. Beds were super comfortable which was crucial for us with jet lag. Quick walk to St. Lazarus church, the beach, and plenty of restaurants. We were visiting in Feb so being right on the beach was not important."

"The stay in general was ok, my only criticism I had was that the air con in the room was not strong enough to reach all parts of the room and the air for the air con was not cool which affected my sleep. The second criticism was that during the duration of my stay was that no one came to empty the toilet bins and the bin stayed full during the my stay. I was not advised of any bags to I could change the bins, the same goes for my bedroom bin also."

"Apartment big but lacked basic facilities eg. Towel rail bathroom shelf covered clothes storage etc. Host was excellent when electricity failed but 3 different rooms in 3 days not ideal. Tiny bit more effort could be excellent ...plenty of space but lack of facilities"
