The property itself is clean, nice and spacious. It has washer, dryer, kitchen is well equipped. All is helpful for my travel. VIt is near Tours Central Park, good for relaxation and exercise. However, it is quite far away from restaurants, shopping and the train station. It is a no contact check in. The property manager wrote at first in English, then in French. I used Google Translate to aid communication. It worked.

One of the most beautiful and comfortable accomodations I have experienced. Perfect location and area for exploring the city with a gorgeous view of the Jardins Du Prébendes. Helpful and accomodating stuff when small issues arise. Definitely on my return stay list.

This is the ideal place for a stay in Tours. The rooms are clean with all equipemnt needed for a very comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, few minutes walk from the heart of the city and what a wonderfull park just in from of the hotel! We were given fantastic help and information for visting Tours and got supportive help to chose the castle to visit within our stay. Highly recommended place! we will return for sure!

We thoroughly enjoyed the property and our apartment. It was fully appointed with everything we might need. Naeme was amazing in communicating before and during our stay. She gave great recommendations, shared tips with us and arranged a taxi back to the train station. The breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay here again if visiting the Tours or Lourie Valley area!

The property is lovely, charming and very clean. The AC worked well and kept us nice and cool each night. The park across the street is really beautiful and is a wonderful shortcut on your walk to the town centre. The young lady who manages the apartments could not be more warm and welcoming…if only every person in the hospitality industry was as wonderfully kind and helpful!! You’d be missing out if you don’t book your stay here.

Apart from we had a problem checking in when we arrived late at 7:30pm and the staff are off from work already. We called the hotline and the problem is solved by the patient staff teaching us how to do self-check-in step by step. and later on we found out that they have actually sent us an email beforehand teaching how to self-check-in. so, dont forget to check your email if you gonna arrive after 6pm. everything else is perfect! clean and neat and tidy, as comfy as your own home! highly recommended!
