We offer you a comfortable and carefully decorated room, ideal for short or long stays located on the second floor of a modern and friendly building (1 studio and 5 rooms in total).

This room has a comfortable double bed and a TV (thanks to a Chromecast) to relax after a day full of work or discoveries!
A single bed completes the room to accommodate a third person (on request and with a supplement of 13e to be paid at the time of booking).

You can also take advantage of the fiber Wifi connection to browse the Internet.

For your comfort, the room is equipped with reversible air conditioning.

The toilets are shared with 2 other rooms. They are located on the landing. You have a large bathroom with a shower and toilet as well as other separate toilets on the landing.

The kitchen is shared and located on the ground floor of the building. The latter, very spacious, will allow you to concoct good little dishes like at home (oven, fridge, hotplates, Senseo coffee maker, raclette machine, etc.).
You can also enjoy the lounge area with sofas, a large TV and board games.

For sunny days, you will also have access to a shared garden, perfect for enjoying sunny days and chatting with other residents if you wish.

You can travel light without worrying about anything: hotel-quality sheets and towels are at your disposal and cleaning is carried out by a professional company.
Arrivals and departures are done independently via connected locks.
The entrance hall of the building is under video surveillance.

Le stationnement est gratuit dans la rue et l'accès est très facile depuis les axes autoroutiers.
Depuis la gare de Tours, il y a 1,8 kilomètres soit environ une vingtaine de minutes de marche.
Les transports en commun sont également à portée de main pour vous déplacer sans contraintes.

Vous venez en vélo ? Il est possible de les laisser dans le hall d'entrée de l'immeuble.

L'appartement est situé au 1° étage sans ascenseur.

Situé en retrait du tumulte de la place Plumerau, vous aurez toutes les commodités à proximité (boulangerie, supermarché, boucherie, etc).
Un marché a lieu 2 fois par semaine à 500 mètres de l'appartement.

Le tramway ligne A et la ligne de bus 4 passent à 700 mètres de l'appartement (arrêt "St Paul").
Les lignes 3a, 3b, 14 et 15 arrêt "Jolivet" sont situées à 550 mètres de l'appartement.
