The first night of our stay, I unrolled a towel on the bed in the cottage and 2 roaches fell out. Then I pulled down the comforter and more roaches were crawling around. I messaged the host on VRBO and heard nothing. I then messaged via text. The only response was that the host had not gotten the message on VRBO. No action or apology.
