Ruhige Lage in einer Seitenstraße ca. 18 Minuten Fussweg vom Schloss entfernt (Lage entspricht nicht den Angaben). Restaurants und Innenstadt sind gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell an der Loire (Loire-Radweg und Schlösser) Können es nur weiterempfehlen."

"Precious little farmhouse in a village not far from Blois. Marie-Claire and Marie-Claude were both very attentive and gracious hosts. Upkeep of the house could have been a little better but considering it is a 400+ year old house it was quite pleasant. It would be nice if the history of the house was posted somewhere. Would have loved to know how this house was used back in the day. Overall enjoyed our brief stay."

"This delightful house is set in an small historic town located in a central part of the Loire, on the river Cher. From here we could explore the Loire Valley itself, the Solonge, and Berry. The cottage was comfortable, warm and suited our needs as a couple. Deborah provided easy instructions and a warm greeting when we arrived. St Aignan has enough facilities, including food options. "We really enjoyed our trip to the Loire Valley, the area is really in the countryside and lovely and peaceful. The cottage was clean, well equipped and roomy. We had some good trips out to Blois (the Chateau is really nice) and the town had some good shops, Clos Luce Parc (which is where Leonardo da Vinci lived), this was very popular with school trips etc. and is well worth a visit, as was Orleans (for shops etc.). We had a good day out also at the Zoo Parc de Beauval, not cheap but well...
