Bon séjour

L’appartement est propre et trĂšs fonctionnel, la literie confortable. Le bĂ©mol pour moi est dans la rĂ©daction de l’annonce qui laisse entendre qu’il y a un parking qui va avec l’appartement, ce n’est pas le cas.

Pequeno apartamento simpĂĄtico, em zona tranquila. Bem decorado e muito limpo. Excelente para visitar Toulouse a dois! O acolhimento foi 5 estrelas- obrigada Eric! SĂł foi pena o Jardim JaponĂȘs estar fechado!

Un apartamento cĂłmodo aunque algo alejado del Centro

El apartamento estĂĄ junto al Canal du Midi y a una media hora andando del Centro. TambiĂ©n se puede ir en metro y bus. Tiene todo tipo de equipamientos para hacer vida “de casa”, incluso cafĂ©, azĂșcar, iinfusiones y aceite. Eric, el propietario, vive en la vivienda contigua y es una persona muy smable y dispuesta a ayudar a los huĂ©spedes.

UN APARTAMENTO IDEAL

Estamos muy contentos de habernos alojado en este apartamento. Es ideal para visitar la ciudad y los alrededores. Es cĂłmodo, tiene todo lo que se necesita como cocina equipada, cafetera, tostador, microondas, vitro, nevera y ademĂĄs el propietario que es super amable te proporciona lo bĂĄsico (aceite, sal, vinagre, cafĂ©, tĂ©, azĂșcar...). MenciĂłn aparte merece la limpieza. Reconozco que soy exigente en ese aspecto y la verdad es que me quedĂ© sorprendida de lo limpio que estaba todo. (Hay tambiĂ©n productos de limpieza para el mantenimiento y hasta el estropajo y la esponja estaban impecables!.) Sin duda repetiremos cuando vayamos a esa zona y lo recomendaremos a amigos y familia.

Very nice apartment in great location

Our stay was wonderful. We were four, 2 adults and 2 children (4 and 10) and we loved the apartment. Eric was a wonderful host and was very accommodating to our schedule of arrival to the apartment. Everything was in great condition (first rental ever with a nonstick pan that is still nonstick!) and many essentials were available such as coffee, oil, paper towels and anything we needed. I cannot recommend enough. Location is very convenient, close to metro and bus. The street is very quiet yet there are grocery stores and a bakery nearby. If we ever go back to Toulouse we will certainly repeat.

L'appartement de Mr Bouzigue a participĂ© de façon agrĂ©able et trĂšs fonctionnelle Ă  notre sĂ©jour de 2 jours Ă  Toulouse. Rien a redire au niveau de la propretĂ© et des prestations de ce bien immobilier oĂč nous avons sĂ©journĂ© Ă  quatre. Une adresse que nous conseillons.

Appartement trÚs agréable !!!!

Nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© ces 3 jours sur Toulouse dans cet appartement trĂšs bien situĂ© : proche du centre ville, au calme et disposant de places gratuites dans tout le quartier (non-nĂ©gligeable). A moins de 5 min Ă  pieds, il y a une excellente boulangerie, une pharmacie, une pizzeria, une supĂ©rette et la Poste. Le descriptif de l'annonce correspond exactement Ă  l'appartement qui est dĂ©corĂ© avec beaucoup de goĂ»t, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, trĂšs fonctionnel et parfaitement propre. Nous y avons sĂ©journĂ© avec nos 2 enfants et la location correspondait parfaitement Ă  nos attentes. Nous conseillons vivement cet appartement. Merci Ă  Éric pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.
