- In the heart of the historic district, Place du Capitole is a 1-minute walk away, and you're just 5 minutes from Places Saint-Georges and Saint-Etienne.

This is a true gem, because it couldn't be better located if it tried:) It's within minutes from the Capitole, the Marche Victor Hugo, shopping - everything. A parking garage is around the corner as well, albeit very pricey. The only negative element worth mentioning is that it's on the third floor with a winding staircase, but if you don't have serious health issues, this shouldn't be a problem.

The unit was overall fairly dirty, but major issues were the couch, covered in disgusting stains and with a cigarette burn-hole on it, an oven that looked as though it had never been cleaned, and what looked like black mould on the shower head hose. We had no choice but to stay one night because we spent the evening of our arrival communicating with Vrbo and the management company, Cocoonr, who act on behalf of the owner, but we left as soon as possible the next morning. We are seeking compensation from both companies.

Les Cordeliers "Appartement grand et agréable, en plein centre de Toulouse. Il y a un bar en bas de l'immeuble, mais le niveau sonore reste très raisonnable et ne m'a pas empêché de dormir. Gros points positifs: - L'appartement reste frais en été ! ;) - Il y a une vraie cuisine (mais qui manque un peu d'équipement: pas d'épluche-légumes et prises inaccessibles: j'ai du déplacer la cafetière dans le salon...) - L'hôte a été accueillant et réactif. Un point négatif: le canapé du salon ne donnait pas trop envie, avec des trous de cigarette et des tâches."

Les Cordeliers Very enjoyable stay. The place was spotlessly clean, looked exactly like the photos and was very comfortable. It is also in a fabulous location and only a few minutes walk from Place du Capitole. The check-in was friendly and prompt. Although there is a bar downstairs which can get noisy, it's fine when the windows are closed.

Les Cordeliers "In general, it is a good place to stay in a cold time. It is clean and located conveniently, close to shops, bus and railway stations, to main sights. The flat has all necessary appliances, the stuff is very responsive and friendly. But I will definitely not recommend it for summertime. We stayed in August, the temperature outside was 35.. 37. It was incredibly hot and stuffy inside. We had to use fan and open all windows during the night, but it still wasn’t enough. Besides, we were unable to sleep because of loud noise from the streets. The pub under the windows works till 3 am every day and people are talking and yelling all the time."

Les Cordeliers I spent a couple of days in this apartment with my mother. Indeed very clean and well equipped, particularly the kitchen. Location was perfect. That said, the whole place was a sauna during our stay (mid-july). I's a closed space with no air circulation. There was one ventilator, relatively efficient, but also very noisy. Sleeping at night was impossible. The design of the entire place is unergonomic. Bathroom shower is not made for a normal/tall person (this point is mentioned in several previous reviews, yet still unfixed). The sofa bed would not fit the height for a normal adult. Impossible to sleep on it. A point of serious hazard: the black carpet in living room: extremely slippery! This carpet could cause catastrophes, particularly for elderlies. I eventually had to remove it completely until the day we left. The bed sharp edge/leg is another hazard, the space to get in and out of the room being minimal. Last: the key to the building door gave us quite hard time manipulating it.
