"Beautiful villa in a lovely location with the nearest town of Gien only a couple of minutes drive or a short 10 minute walk. Walking distance to beach too. Villa was very clean and offered plenty of space and the garden and pool was lovely with loungers, table and chairs for outdoor dining. Kitchen had all the basics you needed for a holiday and the bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious and one bathroom also had a bath. Social lounge area with TV. The only negative was the lack of WIFI. "We were 4 women looking for a short break and hiking. The villa is as advertised. It had great sitting areas, sun decks with great views. Fully equipped with all u would need. The host were responsive and very accommodating… If you are coming in from Nice or if this is a new area for you make sure u get detailed instructions as it is not easy to find. "Maison très propre et très bien entretenue dans une petite copropriété parfaitement placée et au calme. La maison bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal car à proximité immédiate de Bormes village, du Lavandou et des très belles plages de la région (Cabasson, Bregancon…). La terrasse avec piscine est très belle et possède une très jolie vue sans aucun vis à vis ! Les chambres sont agréables et possèdent une salle de bain chacune très moderne et récentes. The kitchen is very spacious and perfectly equipped for big groups, the property is very big and has plenty to explore for children and different refuges to enjoy either sun or shades depending on the preferences.
