"The room was clean and comfortable. A/C was cold, thankfully. The boss was nice and made delicious breakfast. They provided towels, shampoo, and bath gel. The only thing I didn’t really care for was the area, there weren’t a lot of places to eat and it wasn’t very convenient to use the bus. It was close enough to the activities I’d planned though, which is why I booked it. "

"*喜歡的地方： 1.房間有暖氣可以使用，此次入住正好天氣轉冷，房內有 暖氣很舒服。 2.房間很大很寬敞，陽台也很大。 3 燈光很明亮 4.單人床很大 5.馬桶為免治馬桶 *不喜歡的地方： 1. 枕頭較硬，要靠在床上看電視有點不舒服 2.棉被為單人被，較適合女生，若較高大的男生蓋會覺得 不夠 3.浴室的排水孔堵住了，沖澡完畢後地面上積了一層水 4. 洗手的香皂為一大塊香皂，供人重複使用，個人覺得以 衛生清潔而言較不恰當，建議提供小塊可拋棄的香皂或 是在洗手檯面上供應洗手乳 5.早餐的內容陽春，只有三明治、飯糰跟蛋餅可以選擇。 整體而言，硬體很不錯，但軟體不細心。"

"The first time to stay in a b&b in Yilan. The owner couple are so kind, they offered us a ride from Toucheng trains station, although it is closed within 20 mins by walk. We arrived late, but still had a chance to taste the afternoon tea and the homemade muffin by the owner, it was yummy. The black building is quite stylish, and the interior design is eye-catching, especially the panoramic area for breakfast. "Very nicely built wooden chalet. The mattress is of 5 star hotel standard. Good farm view from the balcony. There may be noise from the railway but the balcony glass door is well sound proofed. Owner of the hotel was very nice indeed. Highly recommend Artisan to anyone."
