"It's a traditional Japanese house with different rooms available to be chosen. The room is equipped with a lot of items including pajamas, bathing suits, different types of towels, different types of snacks and drinks available for free, and even hair curler. The bathroom has a wooden bathtub which is very nice and offers the experience of a private onsen. The bed is extremely comfortable. The only downside seems to be the windows. "Such a nice place! Very relaxing onsen. My partner and I went there for one night, the room is very nice with it's own seating area (two chairs and a table) by the window. There are yukata's by the entrance where you can pick one out and use during your visit (I totally wanted to bring one with me home, but didn't of course) There is ping-pong included, just write your name down at the time slot you want to play. "チェックイン時の対応が長過ぎる点で、、、 場所的に長旅で疲れた状況なんで、ダラダラした説明は不快になります。例えば、街の説明はわかり易いしおりがあるから、川沿いの露天風呂以外の説明は必要無かったです。17時にチェックインなのに閉店してるヨーグルト屋さんの紹介をされてもね〜！って感じです。 それと、フロントは清潔感はあるのですが、変な匂いがします。 それと、チェックイン時の部屋の温度、3月前半なのに、エアコンの設定が冷房の22℃！入った瞬間、寒い！ってなりました。そのまま長い説明になり！だったんで、そこも不満に思いました。 温泉などは良かったから、長旅で疲れてるお客様の気持ちになって対応してくれると満足度が高まると思います。"

"I cannot say enough good about the accommodations and the amazing people who run it. It is, by far, the largest place we’ve stayed in since coming to Japan. The suite is fantastic (and huge) and the bathroom and kitchen facilities are first class. Watch your head when entering and you will be fine. I highly recommend booking this place.
