"Location Location Location!! Just few minutes to walk to the Bournemouth Pier and beach. Room wasn't the cleanest, but very good just to sleep, pack and go as price for 1 night was incredibly low at this location ."

"Hotel is beautiful. We enjoyed it very much. Only down side is to whoever decided that the AC in the rooms would only stay on for 3 hours before shutting off on its own. Waking up twice a night to turn the air back on was not the best way to spend a vacation. The staff acknowledged that there was an issue that was being worked on and were very fair to us in the end. My wife and I are already making plans to return to this area in the future and will stay at this hotel again"

"Air conditioning is amazing beds very comfortable but had to check out on the 2nd night at 11pm due to the noise level from a function on & we were right above it! So really spoiled it, no rooms to change was offered! Not good when you have an autistic child with you and had to drive home which was a 3hour drive! "

"The comfiest bed we have ever slept in - from the matress to the pillows & quilt it was all so good we didn't want to out if it! Shower was lovely and aircon in the room was definitely a huge plus point. Friendly service and food was good at breakfast too. Room and bathroom was cleaned to a high standard. Didn't use the pool so not sure but sure it's lovely too "

"We very much enjoyed the upstairs pool, i believe there is a fee for the pool & jacuzzi on lower ground. Restaurant was lovely, polite and helpful staff. Our AC wasnt working properly, even when the gentleman came and fixed it, it wasnt really cool, but not an issue as was quite cool for june. If i were to share some constructive criticism, it would be a lovely touch to have a mini fridge in the deluxe & superior rooms! Finally, we were ever so grateful for the free noon checkout on the Sunday, that was very kind indeed, all in all a wonderful weekend break & I'm positive we will return soon! "
