With its 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room with fireplace, 1 fully equipped open kitchen, a basement room in the lower area with access to the pool and garden where there is a second kitchen, also with fireplace, this vacation home offers space for meals with friends or family and everything you need for a dream vacation. It also has a parking space for your vehicle.

The outdoor area, the garden and the pool are absolutely cozy and the interior of the house is very well maintained. Enjoy the wonderful temperatures of the Costa Brava and a refreshing swim in the private pool, which offers you a lot of privacy.
