"Really wasn’t happy. We didn’t actually stay in the hotel we were given because it wasn’t the one that we had booked. There was a very good reason why we booked Hotel Mar De Tossa - we were going to check it out in preparation for taking 40 children to it next year. We were shocked to find it closed and then sent to another hotel where there was only a key pad and no human beings. We left the hotel and found another one that had people there. As we didn’t get the hotel we booked and ended up paying for another one we would like a refund for what we paid. We will never book through Hotels.com again. The whole situation was unacceptable."
