"Hotel Zade oteli hiç beğenmedim.Minibar bozuktu bunu personelde doğruladı.Klima hiç yoktu, otelin sahibiyle konuştum niye klima yok diye, oda bana Erzurum serin olur dedi ve gerek duyulmadığını söyledi, ama 31 Temmuz ve 2 Ağostos 2026 tarihinde kaldığım Erzurum çok sıcaktı.Resepsiyondan vantilatör istedim o biraz serinletti ama klimanın olması lazım.Birde otelin iç rengi siyah içimi kararttı.Sadece personel çok iyiydi."

The breakfast was very basic, the lady who serves it does great job but the hotel needs to invest some more money on it so the menu can be compared to Istanbul hotels of the same price category. To buy coffee machine would be a great idea. The shower was leaking, they did some repair but it doesn’t look professional."
