"Nice little hotel; friendly staff; nice location"

"Location was perfect in Palermo is a small hotel but room are spacious. The hotel Staff from the moment we arrived did everything in their power to make us feel comfortable and at home specially the guy in the mornings ( can’t remember his name) he assisted with a list of places and when asked a question was ready to answer and even show you the way. We received our room at 9:00am even though check in was at 3:00 perfect after a 9 hour flight. Highly recommend."

Bowling, ping pong, pool y mas juegos todo incluido con la estadia, mas actividades acuaticas, la comida un 10 muy buenos chef, el staff siempre atento nos trataron como reyes y me reconocieron el estado VIP de expedia entonces tuve una botella de Sparkling White Wine gratis. Volveria sin dudas"

"Illum is a fantastic hotel- the staff were all so helpful and friendly. Gave us tips and advice. The hotel breakfast was great- fresh fruit, nuts and homemade baked goods. We really enjoyed our stay. 10/10"
