"Property is beautiful, lots of birds and monkeys. Room was perfect, clean, very comfortable, overlooking the native jungle garden. Breakfast was fantastic! Service was great, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Pool is beautiful and well maintained. Could not have been better. As VIP Platinum members we were able to upgrade to a balcony suite. Had dinner at the restaurant one night and it was amazing! Josue was our usual bartender/waiter and he was great, so friendly and a great conversation."

"Super Great Place (I was in #102) if you have a vehicle. It is located right in front of the entrance to Los Suenos. Herradura Beach is a 2 minute drive or 8 minute walk. There you will find restaurants / bars / charter boats & more. Los Suenos Marina / Restaurant area is about a 5 minute drive & a "must-see." Downtown Jaco is about a 15 minute drive. Rooms are super nice with a mini kitchen. Shower had tons of hot water & the water pressure was great. There is free Brit Coffee in the rooms & the breakfast is way above average. They have a full restaurant at night (Pepper's) which was super good and at a great price if compared to other hotels / restaurants nearby. Swimming pool was great and all the staff was top notch. You can book great tours at the front desk which you need to take advantage of on your vacation (Hint : Go to Tortuga Island). I did not use it but there is also a full spa. For the money & what this place offers it is almost impossible to beat....why pay a lot more & get way less. Stay here for your vacation and you will not be disappointed. "

"This hotel is such a gem! Great value for the price. We stayed with our two young children (6 and 8 years old). It is conveniently located with plenty of parking. Absolutely loved the grounds and walking to breakfast each morning and taking a dip in the pool every afternoon. Would love to stay here again. "
