A few minutes' walk separates the beach of San Gemiliano on the coast of Tortoli' from Casa S'Olia, the flat in the shade of the olive tree from which it takes its name, immersed in the greenery of an elegant complex of four units built in stone in the ancient Sardinian style.
It overlooks a splendid internal garden with private spaces and a private veranda equipped with a practical bbq for outdoor dining, comfortable sun loungers and an external shower to ensure greater comfort when returning from the nearby beach.
The bright, air-conditioned and carefully furnished interiors have a comfortable living room-kitchen with sofa and TV, double bedroom, bedroom with foldaway bunk beds, bathroom with shower, courtesy kit and washing machine. The centre is about 2 km away, services and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Welcome home, a great experience awaits you!.
