"We enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn. The staff was excellent. They were always welcoming with a smile This was very nice as you don't see and feel that much.these day. We were there for a memorial service, a staff member took the time to take our pic before we left for the Service. Love the rooms with kitchens!! I would like to recommend a seating area to the side of the front door with a couple ashtrays & chairs. As it is now; it smells when you walk in the front door, it is loitered with a lot of cigarette butts & the smokers have to sit on the ground to try to enjoy their cigarette. That to me does not seem fair for smokers to look like scum bags. It also does nothing for first impressions when people are checking in. That would be my only complaint.
