Top Torrylinn Creamery Hotel Reviews
The Royal Hotel Campbeltown
10/10 Excellent
"The property was clean,, quaint, and charming. The restaurant was delicious! I had dinner and breakfast the next morning. It was one of the best steaks I’ve ever had or should I say that I’ve had in Scotland so far. The staff was amazing! Carolyn went above, beyond and out of her way to make sure I was well taken care of, and I greatly appreciate it. The Royal Hotel is lucky to have her."
Lamlash Bay Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful hotel opposite the Holy Isle and beautiful bay. My room on top floor overlooked both and it was beautiful to watch sunrises. Room also had tea/coffee."
Mcaras view An exceptional holiday experience.
10/10 Excellent
"Very clean, tidy, and well-appointed. Blackwaterfoot a short walk away; and well situated for access to the rest of the island, particularly the west coast. Good for bus users."
Lochside Cottage With Sea Views
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful location. All the facilities needed. Perfect view from the dining table in the kitchen"
Lochranza Youth Hostel
10/10 Excellent
"I liked how the kitchen had a hot water dispenser for drinks and use of caffeteria"
Lodge 5 - "hawthorn"
10/10 Excellent
"We had a lovely, peaceful stay at Hawthorn Lodge Chalet on Arran. It is a basic, practical and functional chalet, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is very good value for those looking for somewhere simple and relaxing. The chalet is spacious, with a lovely veranda that is perfect for sitting out in the evening and enjoying the surroundings. The hot shower was also very welcome after a day out exploring. The setting among the trees is particularly nice, and the location is excellent for getting around the island, with villages, walks and other attractions within easy reach. The site manager was friendly and helpful, which added to the positive experience. There are no frills, but that is part of the charm if you are looking for somewhere straightforward, peaceful and well located. There is an electric meter, so it is worth being mindful of usage. We were fairly frugal with ours and had no problems. Overall, a lovely quiet base for exploring Arran, with a great setting and everything needed for a comfortable stay."
Trump Turnberry

"The staff were all manarable and attentive . The rooms were spotless and comfy beds and pillows."
Hunters Guesthouse
10/10 Excellent
"Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hunters is very handy and on a lovely location, This is my second time staying at this house , would definitely go back"
Ardshiel Hotel
8/10 Good
"I came here for a golf trip and it was very conveniently placed, less than 15 mins from each course. Nice quiet area in the corner of town (I stayed in the annex) with parking right outside and beautiful scenary. Pubs/restaurants only a 5-10 minute walk away. My only 2 gripes were that the sound proofing was non-existent, so you could hear every word and movement of the other guests. The shower was also very snug and water pressure was pretty poor. Otherwise, I slept well and the staff were extremely friendly! My dinner in the hotel restaurant was also brilliant - I'd recommend the haggis balls!"
