"This was an unusual place to stay overnight on our way further South in Spain. The location was accurately given by both Google Maps and Waze. You have to trust them as the approach looks a bit unlikely as you get nearer. May be tricky if arriving in the dark. "The property is both a a spa frequented by retirees and family vacation spot. It reminded of what a Catskills resort might have been like. The pool was crowded with families and younger couples in the hot wx of July. The dining was excellent; staff were friendly. It is close to two UNESCO World Heritage towns, Baeza and Ubeda. We were only there overnight but had a good impression."

"We loved the position of this hotel that was close to everything you want to see in the old town and the restaurants too. The staff were extremely helpful. Our room on the 7th floor had a very compact bathroom and when the door was opened it caught the knees and toes of the person sitting in the toilet behind.
