Access to a communal pool is located a cople of minutes away in the well known Urbanisation of Ladera del Mar 2 ,a few km west of nerja.
Outstanding sea and mountain views from the terraces which offers sun all day.
The modern apartment is accessed via some external steps ( there is easy street parking in this private Urb.) Built on one level the house is south east facing.
Accomodation is generous and furnishing of high standard.

Incroyable le paradis !
Quel paradis ! Nous avons passé deux semaines de rêve avec un bébé d’un an. Le logement était très calme et tres bien aménagé. Nous avons adoré la terrasse sur laquelle nous avons pris les repas et avons même eu la chance de voir des dauphins. Les espaces verts sont magnifiques. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter une bonne partie de l’Andalousie. Je recommande a 100%

Fräscht litet radhus med ostörd fin havsutsikt. Bra pool på området. Nära Nerja och Torrox. Toppenläge om du vill ha ett lugnt boende men ändå hyfsat nära stad.
