"Nous avons eu la chance de séjourner dans cette villa et, sans aucune hésitation, c'est l'une des plus belles locations de vacances que nous ayons connues.La maison est tout simplement magnifique, parfaitement entretenue et pensée pour que l'on s'y sente immédiatement bien. Les équipements sont complets, la piscine et le jacuzzi sont un vrai bonheur, mais le véritable coup de cœur reste la vue... Elle est absolument exceptionnelle ! Du lever au coucher du soleil, le panorama sur la Méditerranée, Nerja, Torrox et Torre del Mar est tout simplement à couper le souffle. On ne s'en lasse jamais.L'emplacement est idéal pour profiter du calme tout en restant à proximité des différents sites à visiter. Chaque journée passée dans cette maison donne envie de prolonger les vacances.Un immense merci également à Carlos, qui est un hôte remarquable. Il est d'une grande gentillesse, toujours disponible et aux petits soins pour ses voyageurs. Au moindre besoin, il répond rapidement et fait tout son possible pour que le séjour soit parfait. Cette attention et cette bienveillance sont vraiment très appréciables et font toute la différence.Nous voyageons beaucoup et avons loué de nombreuses maisons au fil des années, mais celle-ci fait clairement partie des meilleures, si ce n'est la meilleure. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs incroyables et recommandons cette villa les yeux fermés. Vous pouvez réserver en toute confiance : vous passerez des vacances exceptionnelles.Helena"

"From start to finish, what a fantastic experience. Great communication and information regarding property and directions.Met by Elisa who made our check in really straightforward. Lovely apartment with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Bonus having a basement garage.2 to 3 mins from the beach/bars/restaurants. Fantastic Pastelaria/Panaderia across the road.Loved our stay and would highly recommend."

"Wir hatten eine wirklich gute Kommunikation mit Michèle. Sie hat immer sofort geantwortet und passende Infos geliefert. Check in and out war reibungslos und auf unsere Wünsche angepasst.Die tollen Fotos wecken hohe Erwartungen, die bis auf die tatsächlich hervorragende Aussicht nicht alle erfüllt werden konnten. Die Betten in unserem Schlafzimmer waren bequem. Die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert, haben wir aber nicht gebraucht. Die Anlage wird gut gepflegt. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage war uns zu umständlich. Draußen gibt's ausreichend. Man braucht hier ein Auto.Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und würden gern wiederkommen."

"The apartment was beautiful, new and clean. We had a great patio with a view of the sea that we really enjoyed. There are restaurants reasonably close by, but the neighborhood is not walkable. We did take the underground parking is very tight if you have a large car. This would be a great place for an extended stay."

"We have hired villas many times on Costa del Sol but Casa Joya was definitely the best. The villa itself had everything we could have wanted and was in beautiful condition. The pool was excellent and a good size for a swim. The additional advantage is the location. About 45 mins from Malaga airport and only around 15 mins to the sea. What could be better? Peace and tranquility around the pool with great views and easy to go to the sea if you feel the need. Reaching the villa was quite straight forward and the drive was similar to other rural villas we have visited. In the hills you should expect narrow windy roads and we had no problems even at night. Uta, the owner was easy to contact which made us feel even more relaxed. I would very highly recommend this villa."
