It has 3 double bedrooms (main room with double bed and air conditioning, 1 room with 2 single beds and air conditioning and 1 room with two single beds). Full bathroom with shower.

Outside it has a covered area with dining room and views of the city and sea, private pool 6 m x 3.2 m, 4 hammocks, barbecue area with breakfast bar, ping-pong table and space to park 3 cars within the property grounds.

The house is located about 3.2 km from Torrox village, and about 17 minutes drive from Torrox beach. Access is suitable for any tourism and the last part of 350 meters is a concreted lane.
