The apartment was great, well equipped, big balcony with a fabulous seaview and very important ;-) 2 bathrooms, even with a bath tub. The parking space was a bit small and we decided to leave the car outside on the street. The condominio was quiet, with nice garden and 2 pools. I would have stayed longer!
Well equipped apartment but a little tired. Patio doors didn’t lock, boiler broke and under sofa/beds/tops of doorframes very dusty. Sheets didn’t fit the bed so came off while you were sleeping.However, the Olee staff were very helpful with any enquiries and sent someone in minutes to fix the boiler!
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dieser geräumigen, tollen Wohnung. Es gibt sehr viel Stauraum, gemütliche Betten und einen grandiosen Blick aufs Meer. Die Küche ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Klima ist wirklich bemerkenswert. In unseren 30 Tagen Aufenthalt im Hochsommer war es nie zu warm oder zu kalt. Die Klimaanlage wäre eigentlich nicht nötig gewesen. Eine weitere positive Sache, die uns überrascht hat ist, dass es in der gesamten Umgebung keine Mücken gibt.Der Parkplatz war für unseren Minibus zu klein, aber da es sowohl in der Wohnanlage, als davor viele Parkplätze gibt ist das kein Problem gewesen. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, die Reinigungskräfte kommen alle paar Tage und putzen die Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
Nous avons passé d’agréables vacances le lieu et l’hébergement au top nous recommandons cette hébergement qui est très très bien et propre merci beaucoup.
L'appartement est très spacieux les chambres sont très grandes mais nous avons eu un gros problème avec la climatisation. elle marchait mais une odeur nauséabonde s'en dégageait, malgré l'intervention par trois fois de l'agent d'entretien.
heureusement que nous n'avions pas un temps de canicule sans cela nous n'aurions pas pu tenir. Gazon des piscines grillé et façade à refaire.

Très bel appartement bien situé avec vue sur la mer. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. L’extérieur et l’intérieur sont très bien entretenus. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !

Absolutely loved our week in the apartment lovely and clean. Had a delay with flight and arrived early hours of morning but instructions clear and staff waiting for us as promised on arrival(much appreciated) . Très belle vue sur la mer! Belles piscines propres. Appartement d’une belle grandeur et très confortable pour 5 personnes. Besoin d’une voiture. Plusieurs restos à proximité. Deux points négatifs: le wifi est non sécurisé et vraiment instable, il fonctionnait une fois sur 3. Aussi, Je déplore beaucoup de fourmis dans la cuisine. J’espère que le problème sera résolu pour les prochains clients.
We spent 4 nights at this apartment, which is part of a larger apartment complex, when we visited the south of Spain. It is about 50 mins from Malaga, 75 mins from Granada and 2 hours to Cordoba (by car). The location of the apartment is great as it overlooks the ocean, has proximity to beaches and a lot of restaurants, supermarkets (Aldi, LIDL) and gas stations within a few of minutes driving distance. Parking is a bit in the garage tight but manageable. The stay was very comfortable, but would have been slightly more enhanced had there been some basic cooking ingredients in the apartment (salt, pepper, oil, butter).

Objekt ist außerhalb der Stadt Torrox, daher sehr ruhig, solange nicht andere Beweohner bis Nachts ca. 5 Uhr feiern.
Trotz mehrer Aufforderungen auch von der Verwaltung, hat sich wenig geändert.
Die Wohnung entsprach nicht den Bildern, z.B. war das Schlafzimmer mit den 2 Einzelbetten mehr als 1 Meter schmäler. Der Trockner war voll mit Fussel, und bei der Spülmaschine waren die Düsen fast komplett verstopft.
Die Stühle am Esstisch waren sehr unbequem und müssten dringend entsorgt werden, darauf konnte man nicht sitzten.
La casa es preciosa, un poco más pequeña de lo que parece en las fotos pero muy muy bonita. La terraza espectacular y las vistas increíbles!
Cocina super equipada, todo impecable, amenities en los baños. Decoración muy bonita, muchísima luz!
Super recomendable!!! Llevé a mis 2 pitbull y ni un problema!
Desde la terraza se ve la piscina, por lo que pueden bajar los niños y estar tranquilos.

El lugar es muy tranquilo, el conjunto es excelente y el contacto muy humano. La habitación ha sido excelente con la grata sorpresa de que todas las visatas son directas al mar. La limpieza en general ha estado bien aun que habian algunas arañas al rededor de la cama y en el salon. quizas toca cambiar las camas por que estaban muy desgastadas. la cocina full equipada y la estancia general muy buena. Pero sobre todo un trato excelente.

Bel appartement
Nous avons eu des difficultés à trouver le lieu du rendez-vous mais une fois ce problème réglé c'était très facile. L'appartement est très agréable et la localisation est parfaite.
We loved the views of the apartment and it was fairly well equipped EXCEPT it did not have any pepper and salt, oil and vinegar or any other spices. We are not used to this. The floors were very dirty but the other surfaces were quite clean. The living room of the apartment we had did not look like this. The decor was quite different but fine.
As I said in the title this is a clean safe and sturdy place for a family stay. We enjoyed our 3 nights there as it helped us get a feel for this part of Spain. The apartment was a 3 bedroom with an east facing balcony. There was an adequate amount of space in all rooms and quite a big balcony. It is in a large block as part of an urbanisation so it has security gates and it is distant from the towns so you need a car. the parking is under the apartments and is quite tight - we had a large car so actually parked it outside on the street. The urbanisation is about 700m from the coast up a steep road. The nearest town is Torrox Costa and is walkable either along the busy road or along the beach. It is about 2km away. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment had all that we needed. The only complaint I would have is that the basic things for a self catering we needed to buy (oil, salt, etc). A small welcome pack would have been nice (pan, oil, salt, milk perhaps, a few tea bags and coffee sachets).
The bedding and beds were fine.
We stayed in December so a sunnier balcony would have been nicer (I should have checked this in advance) but in warmer months this would be a relief to have the sun leave the balcony by 11am. There would be other properties on the site that had south or west facing balconies so you would need to check in advance and select the orientation you would prefer.
And finally the booking service through Homeaway worked very well. We booked last minute for the next day. This was no problem and the communication was fine. The check in was easy and the checkout time was 12 so gave us plenty of time to get storted in the morning.
If I wanted to stay in a quiet safe urbanisation in this area again I would have no hesitation to stay here again, or recommend to others.

Rental process was really straightforward and efficient. Staff were very helpful and would help arrange trips, taxis, car rental etc.
Nice pool but did get rather busy at times.
